ファティマの奇跡とは何か──天使と聖母マリア、そして霊的存在への警鐘
1916年の春、ポルトガルの小さな村ファティマで、
ルシアという名の少女の前に、不思議な存在が現れた。
その存在は、自らを**「ポルトガルの守護天使」**と名乗り、
年の頃は15歳ほどの少年の姿をしていたという。
そして翌1917年、同じ季節――春から秋にかけて、
今度は丘の上で聖母マリアの出現が繰り返され、
いくつもの重要なメッセージが残された。
天使と聖母マリアは同一の存在なのか？
この二つの出現は、同一の霊的存在ではなかったのか――
そう考える余地は十分にある。
なぜなら、伝統的なキリスト教理解において、
天使は通常、自らの名を名乗らない存在とされているからだ。
天使には、人間のような功名心や自己顕示欲はない。
彼らは、相手に理解されやすい姿を借りて現れると考えられている。
カトリック信者の前であれば、聖母マリアの姿を借り、
もし日本人の前に現れるなら、
不動明王や仏の姿として現れることもあるのかもしれない。
注意すべき「偽りの霊的存在」
しかし、ここで忘れてはならない重要な事実がある。
悪霊や低級霊もまた、聖母マリアや仏の姿に化けることができる
――と、多くの宗教や霊的伝統は警告している。
これは軽く見てはいけない問題だ。
特に信仰心が強い人ほど、盲信によって判断力を失い、
結果として深く傷つくケースも少なくない。
歴史を振り返れば、
カルト宗教や霊的詐欺の多くが、
「神聖な名」を利用して人々を欺いてきたことがわかる。
聖書が語る警告の言葉
イエス・キリスト自身も、こう語っている。
「世の終わりの時には、
わたしの名を名乗る者が多く現れる。
それゆえ、惑わされないよう注意しなさい」
この言葉は、現代においてこそ、
改めて重く受け止めるべきものかもしれない。
このブログを始めた理由
実際に、悪霊とまでは言えなくとも、
未浄化で影響力の強い霊的存在が増えていると、
私は日々感じている。
それが、このブログを立ち上げた
大きな理由の一つでもある。
日本ではあまり読まれることのない
聖書の言葉や背景についても、
少しずつ紹介していきたいと考えている。

What Is the Miracle of Fatima?
Angels, the Apparition of Mary, and a Caution About Spiritual Discernment
In the spring of 1916, in a small village called Fatima in Portugal,
a young girl named Lucia reported an extraordinary encounter.
According to her account, a being appeared before her in the form of a boy about fifteen years old, identifying himself as the Guardian Angel of Portugal.
The following year, from the spring through autumn of 1917, a series of apparitions were reported at a nearby hill.
This time, the figure was said to be the Virgin Mary, who delivered several messages that would later become known worldwide as the Miracle of Fatima.
Were the Angel and the Virgin Mary the Same Being?
An important question arises:
Could the angel of 1916 and the Marian apparitions of 1917 have been the same spiritual entity?
Within traditional Christian theology, angels are generally understood as beings who do not seek recognition or name themselves.
They are believed to appear in forms that are most easily understood by those who witness them.
For Catholics, such an appearance might take the form of the Virgin Mary.
If a similar event were to occur before a Japanese audience, one might imagine it appearing in the form of Fudo Myoo or a Buddhist figure, reflecting cultural and religious familiarity.
The Risk of False Spiritual Appearances
However, religious traditions also issue a serious warning.
It is widely acknowledged that negative or deceptive spiritual entities may imitate sacred figures, including the Virgin Mary or revered religious icons.
This is not a matter to be taken lightly.
History shows that individuals with deep faith can sometimes become especially vulnerable to manipulation, losing discernment through blind trust.
In extreme cases, such deception has led to financial ruin, psychological harm, or even loss of life.
Many cult movements throughout history are believed to have exploited precisely this weakness, using sacred names to gain control over followers.
A Biblical Warning About Deception
Jesus himself is recorded in the Bible as warning his followers:
“For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Christ,’
and will deceive many.”
This warning is often interpreted as especially relevant in times of social and spiritual uncertainty.
Why This Blog Exists
From my perspective, the number of unsettled or unrefined spiritual influences appears to be increasing in the modern world.
This sense of concern is one of the reasons I began writing this blog.
I hope to introduce biblical passages that are rarely read in Japan, offering context and reflection rather than dogma.
I also plan to upload videos to YouTube occasionally, when inspiration strikes.
